Jimmy has been a Personal Trainer since 2005. He specialized in training exclusive clientele while contracted out of a private fitness studio in downtown Austin and is also skilled in the high-demand setting of in-home training. In addition to his knowledge of exercise science, he has worked for over 3 years as a Physical Therapy Tech for St. David’s North Austin Medical Center, specializing in ICU inpatient rehabilitative care. He is experienced in training “special needs” populations such as paraplegics to post surgical clients. He is a collegiate athlete, a left-handed pitcher, first baseman and outfielder at Frank Phillips College and a starting pitcher at Concordia University in Austin.

Favorite Exercise: Those multiple join, multiple muscle exercises, aka….old school squats, pushups, and pull-ups…the military workout, if you will….but bring me food one day and we can maybe compromise…
