Welcome Becky Behling

Becky has been working if the fitness/wellness/health arena for longer than me!  I’ve been fortunate to be able to work with her on several programs at the Northwest YMCA, and be the recipient of her guiding voice during movement awareness.  I’m feel fortunate that Becky has accepted my offer to join and continue to enhance the alternative healing modalities we offer through Amber Moon Studio!

“Hi and thanks for choosing Amber Moon Studio as part of your health and wellness plan. My colleagues and I look forward to sharing information and ideas with you to help you optimize this part of your life. I am certified in post-rehabilitation exercise and often use nontraditional ways to refine movement to help people bridge smoothly from rehabilitation to a more active lifestyle. See you soon!” Becky
