Movement Awareness
Baseline assessments will be included in your first session as well as review of your goals. Come prepared to be active and expect to have assignments outside of our meetings. Sessions will contain focused movement exploration and variability in activity programming. Human movement is not only endless fascinating but is highly organized in extraordinary ways. Moshe Feldenkrais said, “Movement is life. Life is a process. Improve the quality of the process and you improve the quality of life itself.” I look forward to helping you in this process so you reap a lifetime of benefits.

Personal training is more than “pumping iron.” It is defining your personal fitness goals and then working with an experienced trainer to achieve those goals and then reaching even higher. Each of the personal trainers here at Amber Moon Studio is committed to helping you achieve your goals, be it being able to go to the grocery store without fear of fallling to an ironman. We each have our own “twist” on fitness but we all have one goal – to get you to where you want to be. Let us help you get there!

Pre-and-post joint replacement – Build on all that you have accomplished in physical therapy. Keep improving strength and get back to activites that you enjoy. If you have been putting off surgery because you need to get in shape first, this is the program for you. Carly teaches movements that will strenghten your body without hurting the affected joint. We will strenghten around the injury.

Martial Arts Madness Are you looking for a way to strengthen and tone your body, shape your butt, tighten your core and improve your cardiovascular system? Try Lisa’s Martial Arts Madness. Lisa is a black belt in Jhoon Rhee Tae Kwon Do and uses the kicks, punches, stances, and strength building exercises of this martial art to create a powerful and explosive work out that gets great results fast.
